I used to use one of those.. and I did notice sometimes they can become "stuck" on as it were, but it's easily stopped and very hard not to notice the damn thing doesn't stop getting hotter.. but I'll hope that guy had a lemon battery or something.

Yeah that's pretty much what came to mind for me too.. but either the battery exploded or the vaporizer, sounds more like the vap.. so was probably like a mini shrapnel grenade really :/ and I'm sure Rube will tell you soon.

This is just a spin-off from the exploding laptop batteries. E-Cig specific forums have analyzed this stories inside out. There's lots of info out there about what battery/charger combinations to avoid.

PS: and there's no such thing as an electronic smokers... there's no "smoke" :P
