I have premium membership and I believe that means I'm supposed to have a larger avatar but I don't. Am I doing something wrong?

You need to upload a larger image. You can go 100x100 now instead of 60x60

Looks the same size to me. I got this from

It says 100x100. If I try to paste the link after a "Copy image location", it says "Remote file too large"
If I save it to my PC and then upload it, it still looks small.
