I'm having a difficult time finding the right rear derailaur for my 71 supersport. While im at it I should find the stock front deraileur as well.
Its amazing how much I remember and how much I forgot. The twin stick shifter doesnt pull enough cable to work with my Suntour VXGT deraileur. I sort of remember that from when I was a mechanic in the early 80s. The original huret deraileur travels further as you move the twin stick lever.
This deraileur has to be clean and work on a Huret forged drop.
