They're pretty good i think.... Lots of people use them for dirt jumping and street dont they?

Imo, they look like an XC frame though..

I have been thinking of getting an Instigator to use as an EVERYTHING bike. I would use it for street/commute and when I want suit it up for mountain biking. I am a minimalist/cheap ******* so one bike for all purposes sounds very appealing to me and this is supposedly an extremely tough frame. Just looking for input. Also what would be an example of a street fattie tire or is there such a thing?

I built a custom instigator for someone a while back and it's one tough frame. I say get it if you want something big and heavy for just about everything. Hook it up with like a burly coil fork or something like that. Maxxis Hookworm tires.

What else can go wrong?
My cars transmission is going bad, the cars electronics are almost all shorted out, my bike cant go a week without breaking.
maybe if the frame breaks, Trek will replace it under warrenty and the curse of this current frame will go away.
