Hello,
I have a headset I would like to use on a different frame. The frame it's on now (a 2005 Stumpjumper Disc) has a fork with a 1-1/8" steerer tube. Based on the pictures below, is this headset just the standard threadless type? Should I be able to re-use this on any frame with the same diameter headtube (with the same fork)? The reason I ask is that the current frame tapers to a larger diameter at the top and bottom, and the new frame I want to use it with has a constant diameter.
Thanks in advance,
Tom
