Bicycle Mechanics - SHIMANO Crankset FC-TS91- What is it?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Does anyone what line (Altus, Deore, XT, etc) this crankset is? SHIMANO FC-TS91 44-32-22. I found it new in a shop for cheap some time back. Searches of Shimano web sites turn up nothing. Google turns up some bikes from German sites, but no concrete info. One PDF shows an exploded view and the date 2003. I might want to put it on my wifes new bike. Thanks.

Not where I am. They cost 129 Latvian Lats, or USD$253 new! One hundered Latvian Lats is 195 US dollars. It's criminal.
