I have weet-bix or Sustain or go to the bakery on the way home and have a pie or pasty or sausage roll or even a hot dog.

alot of non carbonated drinks...whether it be juice, water or gatorade...no carbonation, and then some munchies never hurt...some chips are good...sometimes something fruity. Sometimes the taste of air as I pass out is just as good :D

I don't get hangovers. Well I do...but it requires a tremendous amount of alcohol. (I also suck back tonnes of water during a ride, I rarely dehydrate.

Sometimes I stop by a small Mexican food shop on my way home after a ride. Usually get 4 shrimp burritos and 3 beef burritos.
BTW thats not all for me, the shrimp is for my sisters and two of the beef are for my parents.

I add peach powder, gatorade, honey and lotsa water to make sure it tastes right. First the gatorade and water, mix it. Then you have to add the peach second, blend it. Put a bit of honey it, shake it until it mixes in, if the water was chilled, then you can serve it. If it wasn't chilled, chill it now. This stuff is so bad when its warm.
Hmmm Subway Steak & Cheese - Steak, mayo, provalone chesse, green peppers, onions, lettuce, tomato on the parm / Oregano bread.
yes... thats the best sandwich. do you get the toasted bun?

british generalizes all people in the uk....how ever, if you call a scot(like me) english, i mite punch you in the face...same goes for calling and irishmen english....theres 4 or 5 different peoples in the uk....most of whom dont care to much for the english...heh...

British is Scotland, Wales, Ireland and England as a joined unit (United Kingdom)
English is part of the united thingy.... SOme people prefer to call themselves Enligh, some British....
Me... i prefer to be called Cornish, thats the county im from, and im very patriotic and proud of my county, whereas what England is like today, id Rather not be called English, even if I am..
You find that a lot of people from Cornwall would rather be called Cornish rather than Enlish, we sit right on the coast, right at the tip of the country...... and we're almost cut off from the rest of the Uk... i think there's one bridge that allows us to get into the next County (devon, otherwise you have to go by plane or boat...
