Greetings-
As many of you know the MBMA has been putting on a race the day before the Super Bowl for the past seven years. This year is going to be the best yet. Please mark your calendars and get started on finding your way out here. The race is fast approaching.
We have heard from many people that they are planning on coming out. So far we have Winnipeg, Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, NYC(Squid and Team Puma), San Fran(Seng got a round trip ticket for $150) and Philly marked down. It is going to be a grand ol' time. Tell your friends and get your ass and bike to Minneapolis. If you decide to fly you don't even need to spend money on a cab. You can take the new fancy train to downtown.
Let us know if you plan on coming so we can arrange space for you.
Here are the tentative plans for the weekend:
Friday 4th
10pm Rock Show at the Triple Rock Social Club
10pm Early registration at the show
Saturday 5th
12pm Registration at 1009 Nicollet Mall Downtown
2pm Race.
5pm Party. We got 10 kegs donated from James Page and The Onion
Sunday 6th
5pm Kickoff if you want to stay we have got TVs here
Please check the website and your email in about two weeks for the list of possible stops and final schedule. This is the real deal. If you are racing for real you will want to register early to get the race map and listing of stops. Or you can do your own research when we send them out over the internet and place on the website.
