I like the idea. If you could get a seat with heating filaments sewn in. you'd have a way to keep Willy and the Poorboys happy.
You'd need a pretty big battery to pull it off; but if you're crazy enough to go biking in freezing weather, what's a few extra pounds?

No it will iron out a few creases.

Cook on it during stops! A couple slices of bread and a slice of Velveeta, and you've got yourself a grilled cheese sandwich...that tastes like arse. You'd need to pack a spatula anyways (downtube?).

Someone should build on this invention and take two hot irons and attach them to your cranks to be used as pedals! When I ride in the winter my feet/toes are what gets the coldest first and foremost? :)
