Are all the parts Deore or just the rear derailleur? The cranks look to me like they say Exage. I am not a Peugeot person but this looks like a '89ish bike to me and a lowerend one with a few nice parts stuck on it. For a quick flip you may get $80 out of it but it needs lots of cleaning and tuning to get more. However most of the guys here who resell bikes as a hobby will tell you no matter how nice you try and make it mountain bikes like this seldom sell for much over $100

From the items in the background of the photos, it looks like you may be in a thrift shop situation. In that case, I would price it as is for $40. Unless it's specifically a high-rise model, that stem seems dangerously high and I would not feel comfortable selling it as anything more than a project.

After being overhauled, tuned up, given slicker tires, and CHECKED FOR SAFETY, I would expect to get around $150 in the Boston market, but a process like this requires tools, spare parts, and knowhow (it's not hard, it just takes time to learn.) Also every market is different.

PS: Wingnuts on a mountain bike? Kinda cool!

+1 As is, it is a $40 bike. $400 MTBs are quite rare, and this is not one of them.

Maybe $80-100 after a serious cleanup and overhaul, but if you're selling this in a thrift store price it at $40. Someone will buy it.
