I posted about this in a "pump thread" but thought some might want to see it. It's called Big Air by Genuine Innovations. It holds enough CO2 to fill two 26" mountain bike tubes. I'd imagine it's enough to get you out of the trail doing two 29s also if need be.
You can get a slick seat tube mount for it that works very well. Overall it is extremely light.
40 gram canister:

The only problem I see with it is the fact the canister is very thin and could be prone to punctures if crammed inside a bag with pointy, sharp tools. But mounted on the seat tube it does very well. The flow of CO2 modulates very well also.
They also make a mount for regular CO2 cartridges also. I'm assuming it's the same mount though.
