In which way did that number shock you?
I bought a SS that I thought would weigh a little, ok, A LOT less than it actually does.
BB7 mechanicals, right? I love mine.
Blunt rims?
For what it is worth, I think that bike is SANO.

I expected well over 30#, especially after seeing the frame weigh in at almost 7lbs & that 5lb pig of a fork.

Glad to hear you came in under expectations! That is a GREAT place to land.
I think those white rims look pretty damn sweet.
Our trails are about to dry out, and I am JONESING pretty bad to get back out there. Tomorrow, if I am lucky!
For what it is worth, I think that bike is SANO.
Call me an idiot, but...wha?

In the dirtbike world, that word is often used to describe something that is "clean", or "visually appealling".

Nice looking!
Man, I thought my TransAM frame was a pig at a full pound lighter than the Honzo frame there.
Still, built up not too badly, especially since it's a bike you can beat on.
