Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - A weekend tour

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Not right now, but late springs/early summer. I am going to add a twist (at least I think it's a twist). I am going to use my old 3 speed Schwinn. That said, what are others bringing along for an overnight tour? It's like bikepacking but far less involved.

I bring my tent, sleeping bag , sleeping pad, lightweight stove (made from a venom energy drink bottle) with fuel for morning coffee, coffee obviously, stainless military mug...for coffee, food (my fav overnight food is honey bunches of oats with peanut butter wrapped in a tortilla) ,some extra clothes for night...depending on the conditions and the normal water bottles tools etc. I can keep my overnight gear weight to less than 10 lbs. Enjoy!
