Here is the bike..... do you remember the girl you thought was beautiful but when you started spending time with her you just coudnt stand her but you new she made you look good. I'm trying to get over it I'm just having a hard time with our personalities not meshing. My daily rant I will be spending about 40 miles on her tonight and hope to get over my issues. Here she is.

if it was a 60CM I'd take her off your hands ;)
Maybe ignore the bike shop "experts" and adjust it to how you like it best, and what doesn't give you pain?

HTFU is the saying, but don't ignore knee pain - obviously something isn't right! Did you up your mileage when you got the new bike or anything like that?
What's different about the fit anyway? I measured the distance from the crank to the bottom of the seat post bracket, the distance front he tip of the saddle to the bars etc. when I moved to a new frame and tried to get it as close as I could when I changed bikes. Had some front knee pain and raised my saddle 5mm, which seems to have helped.
You probably need to find a place that will do a real fitting for you, and not just a bike shop employee that says "OK, stand over that one, yep, looks good" (I have no idea what they have already done for you nor how involved it was, just guessing)
Here's some light reading for you in the meanwhile. Nice bike btw. :)

I think what might have happened was that I went from that old 2000 model trek 56cm to this new one with the new geometry. I have asked another shop to let me come in and they try to dial me in. My mileage has been about the same and I ahvent been pushing the big gears either I have done that and had knee afterwords. Thanks for the response.
Nice bike. :thumb:
See if this article is any help?

Beautiful bike. I've got an '11 5.2 Madone (H3) that I got last summer and had a few things to tweak in the fit, as well. It sounds like your problem may be somewhere in saddle height/ position. I really hope you can get it straightened out and I believe you will. Congrats on the ride!
