I am thinking about buying one of these frames with a fork. Anyone have any experience with them? I would assume that it is a pretty nice frame. It would probably become my main bike for commuting and general riding around...though my stable is seeming large these days. 5 bikes, 4 of them fixed.

gunnar's are great bikes. the street dog would suit you perfectly for commuting bc it doesnt have tight track geometry, kind of a road/track hybrid geometry. and the best part is you can tell people you have a waterford <wink wink>

I bought a Street Dog frame & fork about two weeks ago, and they're due to arrive any day now. I have high expectations, but no actual experience yet.

I've noticed that there's not much in the way of banter/photos from Street Dog owners (there're less than a dozen in the fixedgeargallery); perhaps this is because they're nearly cost prohibitive if you're not sure you're going to want to ride fixed daily for the rest of your life.

I don't know crap about them but me likes 'em, aside from their crazy logos which beg to be peeled off. Also a nice bet at that same price range, the holy holy Italian Cinelli. Might want to take a look that route, too.

I've got one. It's a smoother ride than a track frame. It makes a good urban assault fixie. I love mine.
