i've decided i am going to build my first fixed gear.
while i am also searching for used frames on craigslist/ebay/whatnot, i am also looking into new frames. i'm leaning towards steel- but i could really go any way. i'm most concerned because a friend of mine keeps insisting i don't want a frame that is mass produced...because the quality is not that high- but i fear i am going to end up spending $500 on a frame alone.
can you guys help me out w/ a suggestion about a decent frame for a first fixed gear- preferably in the price range of $150-$350 (new).
thanks, in advance.
