Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

this lbs is the worst i ever saw so far so i doubt its 1000 lums but i know for sure that 4hrs x 1000 lums = no way..

Battery probably means battery pack. 1000 lumens? If it's a single LED, it's a lie. But yeah, there are hundreds of lights out there and we are not able to mind meld with you or your lbs.
The lumens specs are often exaggerated. My headlight was advertised as 1000lm, but in reality it's somewhere around 450lm.
.............. but i know for sure that 4hrs x 1000 lums = no way.........
And why is that exactly. I can run 1,500 lumens for over 4 hours.

Sounds like a magicshine or clone. They do legitimately last for 4 hours on high at an advertised 1000 lumens or higher. It's not actually 1000 lumens but it is very bright and you'd be happy with it, assuming it is actually a magicshine or quality clone.
