It is where the headset that secures the steerer tube is a machined tube for the bearing races to press into eliminating the need for both the bearing assembly and a pressed in bearing race cup. The steerer tube bearings fit directly into the headtube. It eliminates a bit of weight and also allows for larger diameter bearings to be used which increases strength.

Bcuz i wanna get the s&m black bike and it says requires integrated headset do most bikes have this wow this is the first time ive evr been this puzzled about a bmx related thing since i started riding

if the frame has a integrated headset then all you do is buy a intergrated headset to fit it. there so much easier to assemble (i have one), just place the bearings in slot in the seals, and your off

If you got to a ike shop, be sure to ask for an integrated headset, not an internal one otherwise it will not fit, it will cost about $30/$40 for one that will hold up for as long as a normal headset.
Most frames do not have them as they are a new idea for BMX's but they have been around for a while in road and MTB.
