I want to use this battery pack with my 4S

You will probably have trouble finding a bike mount that will accomodate your Mophie battery-case.

BUT -- some folks DO make bike-mounts that have /accomodate larger batteries; take a look here:

I have used the Wahoo iphone case, but never mounted to the bike, and I haven't seen or used their battery. I haven't seen the Biologic stuff other than the web site so I can't vouch for them.
