Picked up two wheelsets today, need value estimates as I can't use them and they will be sold.
First is a 700c set, Shimano 600 QR hubs and DUREX rims, plus 8 speed Shimano casette
Second is a 27" set, Michle QR hubs and a DUREX/WOLBER rim, plus 7 speed Sachs freewheel

Any help you guys can give is appreciated.

Maybe $50-60 for the 700c set if its straight (true)
$40 for the 27's maybe more if your in a area where bike wheels are in demand
