So I'm stripping the paint off an old Nishiki frame for my conversion, but I'm having trouble getting inbetween the cable guides for the derailluer near the bottom bracket (not sure what to call those). I'm using paint stripper and steel wool to take off everything and it looks fine except near the lugs. You guys have any advice as to how I can get in between these areas? I can provide pics if my description is unclear.
