I picked it up today at fresh bikes in Bethesda MD. After looking at several bikes at several places I decided on this. I also looked at a Quick CX 1, Trek DS 8.5 and several trek and specialized mountain bikes. I was concerned that a hybrid may not be enough for what I would like to try offroad and I finally decided to get a MB then add a road bike or hybrid without knobby tires if I need to later. I am going to see how this does on pavement. Maybe at I could also try a different set of wheels/tires for pavement. This is one sweet bike. I will post pics Sunday when I take this out of my truck. I did also get a $150 seat upgrade. It is a white seat that looks great with the white trim. Great service at fresh bikes - I would highly recommend them.
