So I am looking to buy both myself a bike and my wife a bike. My wife has decided on the specialized vita and I am likely going to get a specialized tricross or crux. All in all we are looking at spending $2,600 to $2,900 on our bikes. My question to you all is who has better post sale service. Which of these shops is going to take care of us as customers for the long haul. What makes each of these shops better in your opinion. Any and all stories related to post purchase service are welcome.
i'm laughing at myself!
all i've bought from wheat ridge is 2 $3 plastic water bottles, not at the same time. the first
one cracked after several years of winter riding.
haven't bought anything from derby, but man, they've got a lot of stuff in that small building!
makes me happy to go in there. i'm family-oriented, with no family, and love to look at the kid
stuff.
gl on your hunt for super service (honest expression, not sarcasm)! westside did my derailers
for years until this recent management/ownership change (re-opening april 1 i believe, as campus
cycles).
