What kind of raleigh is this? Is this factory? What year is it? Is there any value?

IIRC that logo on the fork didn't come around until the mid to late 90s.

My 1981 SC12 has a logo on the fork just like that one. DT decal is older than 1983, so a narrow window on this one. Fork and frame may not be original pair, or decals may have been added. Who knows.

In the mid 1980's, from the Gran Prix on up. The frames were all chrome under the paint. The dropouts in the picture look like Suntour Superbe. Maybe a '84 or '85 Prestige with the paint removed. If that's the case, like Thrifty Bill pointed out, the decals had to of been added later.
