I will be in the Dahlonega/Blairsville area next week, and I am looking for a few group rides. I would like to do some climbing, and to ride up Brasstown Bald. Does anyone know of any organized rides available?

Check with Cycle South, assuming they are still in business. Sam is awesome and likely could tell you if anything is going on. My understanding is that he deals a lot more with mtn biking than anything else nowadays.
