I am looking to build a bike (fixed gear, nothing special). I can do it myself, but with a full time job and school it will be difficult. Does anyone know someone who builds bikes for a fee, with me providing all of the parts?
*yes I can buy a pre-built model, but I enjoy customizing things*

Any LBS would do this. Are you specifically looking for an individual, not a shop?

well, truth be told I am not looking to spend a crazy amount of money to have it done. I figured it would be cheaper to have an individual do it.
