Mountain Biking - Where to buy Lake MTB shoes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My google-fu is usually strong, but I'm having no luck. Even the lake website doesn't have any links to dealers, brick-and-mortar or online.
Amazon has a couple of models, but not the wide ones. I'm considering MX170W or MX160W.
Suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
I bought mine here: http://www.departmentofgoods.com/sales/search.html?q=lake
But it looks like they only have size 39 for the men's MX170.
Search for 'lake' here too: http://www.nashbar.com
Nashbar.com Ive seen a few on there before. I was going to order a differnt pair. But then I went with highpowered light instead. I also have tried the eggbeaters by crankbrothers. I'm going to buy them next.
