I'm quite sure that my clicking isnt in the BB or pedals as I said above. (because I do have the pedal and BB clicking and this is different) It is when I'm pedaling under load, usually in a higher gear accelerating. It sounds like its coming from the right side of the bike, on the handle bar. Right near the trigger shifter but underneath, kinda, sorta. I ride a Giant ATX 840.

Kevin, I had a clicking problem that also drove me nuts for a while. Like you said it was only when I pedaled hard. Thought for sure it was the BB or cranks. Turned out to be the seat post! Just a thought. Noises can sure be deceiving.:)

Check EVERYTHING that can be tightened, clicking noises, creaks etc. can be transmitted from ANYWHERE on the bike.
