I recently was gifted 2 super champion rims/rings the have a blue oval super champion logo with competition in a center white bar, no other markings or stickers. Theyre brand new, perfect condition, im trying to nail down year of manufacture and possible value, as they might be able to fund a build im working on. any help would be greatly appreciated

Could be a lot of things, or models. Size? No. of holes? etc. To obtain a reasonable answer to your question, you really need to learn how to post pictures here.
And if you're just looking for info so you can sell them, try doing a search of completed listings on ebay.

I would say they are Super Champion Competition rims. heh hehe. Pale blue or darker blue labels? Not that I know the details.

Ok, i dont know anything about rims really, so i grabbed a couple pictures, theyre 36 hole, i have no measuring tape or any thing so i cant say of theyre 27" or 700's Im lwaning toward 27". I took a picture of the logo, and the track if the rim
