Bicycle Mechanics - Dura Ace 10 speed bb clicking

I have a clicking in the bb of my new trek 5900. I have about 3K miles on it. I've check and rechecked the crank bolts, replaced the cleats, checked the pedals, r&r'd the bb. No luck. I even checked the headset to make sure I wasn't hearing it wrong. The click is at 6 o'clock position on the left side... And yes, it's tempereature dependent. I did a ride when it was in the 30's and the click went away.
Any ideas of what is up???

My Trek Madone with 10 speed DA did the same thing. I took the left crank arm off and lubed the splines with Mobil 1 synthetic grease, and tightened it back up. Haven't heard anything since.

I took off the crank and cleaned it off.... no luck there.

No luck for me. My guess is the steel race is clicking against the aluminum.
Anyone else have a suggestion???

Swap out BBs with a buddy, see if it clicks on his,(then its your BB) or, if your click is still there with his BB, then it could be the threaded insert of your frame (a warranty issue Im sure)
While you have the BB out have a look at the 'faces' of the BB shell on the frame and make sure theyre allowing the BB to seat.

teflon tape the bb threads.

You might check something as simple as your front derailleur cable? If it is long it can sometimes hit the crank arm as it rotates around causing a click. My sound to simple, but you should check before you spend money changing BB.
