Ok, so apparently Phil Wood's Campy/ISO bottom brackets that are made for campy triple cranks are 110.5mm. I just bought a used 108mm BB.... is this going to be a critical difference if I went to mount a campy triple crank to the BB? i'm sure a lot of you might say NO you need the 110.5/111mm, but is this 2.5mm going to be something that will truly make a big difference and make a triple crank INCOMPATIBLE with my 108mm BB?
thank you all in advance for your help

No, you'll be fine. That is only 1.25mm difference on the crank side. Also, you can shift Phil's bottom brackets to make up the 1.25mm difference.
