I'm breathing some new life into a ProFlex 856 World Cup I got recently. I'm currently in the process of replacing all the bearings. I'm mainly concerned with what tool I need to order for removing the BB, but any other information would be great like what bearings to get for all the various components, and what wrench best fits the narrow nuts to remove the "skewers". Crank arms were labeled "Sugino 75" if that helps at all.

Bottom Bracket inscription: "mm 110"

Front Hub: Deore LX Parallax HB-m563

Rear Hub: Deore LX Parallax FH-m565

For BB I suggest Park BBT- 22 or BBT-32

No, you don't need a crank puller, You've already got the crankarm off. Something like this is a must have in my book (http://www.treefortbikes.com/#navbar=pro___333222343539___283)- the the park tools slip and strip like no other. Having this paul's bolt is key to getting it in there nice and snug.

Don't forget- the BB shells are threaded the OPPOSITE of the pedals.

As far as the hubs, a basic set of cone wrenches- (two each in sizes 13-17) and a 17mm for the locknuts are all you need.

Thanks for the help.

I have also bought 9sp SRAM x7 front and long cage rear derailleur,sram chain, cassette, and shifters. (upgraded from 8sp)

So far as I can tell my current Sugino 175 crank and CSSIII chain-rings will work fine for the 8 to 9sp upgrade? (22t,32t,42t)
