Two of us over-50 Brit guys are planning to ride Vancouver to San Francisco, taking 3 weeks in August 2005.
I understand there are organisations that will give us discounts etc as we are over 50? What are they, do we need to join in advance and are they worth bothering with?
Also will we feel out of place in US Youth Hostels (either the independent ones or the Hostelling International ones)?
