Ok, i'm new to this.....
FSA Crankset (ISIS)
FSA bottom bracket (ISIS)
Bottom bracket is installed. Trying to install crankset. Spindles are greased, bolt and washer are greased.
As far as I can tell from reading the ISIS spec, ISIS splines aren't keyed.
Cranks don't just slide on. I assume this is what this whole press fit thing is about. I can bolt down one 99% of the way but the drive side crank still has 2mm or more of spindle showing (before the blocker) and more muscle isn't making the bolt go. I figure i must be doing something wrong. Should i be using a rubber mallet to bang the cranks on and then tighten it down? Barnett's shows use of the rubber mallet earlier in the process but not later. Zinn never mentions a mallet, nor does the FSA instructions.
