First off I want to thank the group colectively for the vast wealth of knowledge I have been able to find here.
I just have a few questions about the BP velodrome. I have noticed that some tracks have a certification course to be able to ride and race on the track, is that the case for BP or can you just show up and train on the track? Also i would like a recommendation on tires (clinchers) for the track.
I have always been fascinated with the sport but have never known where to begin. I come from a road racing background and have been riding a fixed gear for the last 18 years so i have a decent background to start as a beginner. Any suggestions will help.
