I have a lead on a brand new. Yes brand new just came out of the box Raleigh TECHNIUM TRI-LITE. The story is they found it in storage and didn't realize it was buried in the back It looks exactly like this one other than the bar tape and saddle. I'm trying to figure out what the year is and what is it actually worth.

Ah, almost tricked me. I missed the part about that not being the actual bike.

Anyway, Techniums like the one in the photo sell used for $150-250 depending on condition, size, etc. What are the components on the bike? If truly NOS I would put it at maybe $300-350. Unfortunately the Technium is not a rare or valuable enough bike to be worth a ton, even in NOS condition.

It has Suntour components. I am going to look at it again this weekend.

Suntour, like Shimano, made components from the bottom barrel to the very top of the line. Just saying "Suntour components" is pretty much meaningless. One needs to know the group name, like Superbe Pro, Seven, Cyclone, Blaze, etc. to know the level of the bike.
