I just noticed that when I pull my handlebars back and forward the fork wobbles, I looked up the problem and it's apparently a headset problem and an easy fix but all the tutorials I've come across show different bikes than mine.

From what I've gathered I need to untighten everything, (cap and stem bolts) then tighten the stem bolts first then cap bolt? Seems pretty straight forward.. but I have no idea where my stem bolts are, from online pictures they're usually on the sides but I just don't see them.

This is what I am working with

Forgive the noobyness, I'm learning :D

You were reading about the wrong type of headset; you have a threaded type and your information is for a threadless. Check out this site and it will make more sense. http://sheldonbrown.com/headsets.html
