With the biggest of the spring classics passed, Velo News posted an interesting article on tire types, sizes and pressures that the various teams used. Although this is more useful to the gravel grinders among us, it has some good information to start experimenting with.

Even though the tires used were all tubies, most tire companies have tires with similar patterns in clinchers. Additionally, tire pressures might change slightly, especially for us larger riders but this is a good place to start.
