Hybrid Bicycles - Howdy Everyone, I'm new to the community and need a quick tip.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm interested in purchasing the Cannondale Quick 4 as a gift for someone, the only trouble is I can't tell which size (between S,M,L, and XL) is most appropriate for them. The website has a size chart that corresponds to each size, but it's I'm still having troubles determining which size is suitable. The guy I intend on getting it for is 6'1 and a half. Here's a link to the bike.

Any comments and tips would be really helpful.

Cheers

The X-Large is 51cm. Which is a 20 inch bike. A jumbo is 57cm. Which is 22 inches. A 20 inch bike should fit a person that is around 5'10-6'1 and a 22 inch should fit a person that is around 6'1-6'3. Do not get one that is smaller than a X-Large. If it was me, I would get a jumbo (22 inch). I'm 5'10 and I ride a 19 inch. He is 6'1 (which is 3 inches taller than me). A 22 ich is 3 inches taller than a 19 inch.
