Does anyone know who the manufacturer is and what the model is? Thanks for the help!

Off topic but might as well ask here. Is the eightinch scrambler worth purchasing compared to other frames around that price range?

The only other frame I know at that price is the one over at Nasbar, and they are totally different styles of frame. So the answer between those two is:

Depends, what is your plan with the bike?

Exactly. If you want an inexpensive bike that you can build up and not have to worry about it getting stolen, etc., then it's a good deal. If you plan on hanging $7000 worth of fancy parts on it, not so much.

Oh, and in before KiloTT.

I'm just looking for an inexpensive frame to switch some parts over and buy the rest. I have my kinlin xr-200 wheel set (purchased from retrogression late last year ;) )The parts I will be purchasing for it will not be overly expensive. Later on in the future I can always buy something better, but for now I'm just desiring something different.

You can also get the Pake Rum Runner for a few dollars more - but the Scrambler comes with fork, seatpost, and seatpost collar. For $150, that is going to be hard to beat.

Oh yeah, there's the IRO frames as well for $199 - frame an fork. You might get some chipped paint though :)
