I sold the one pictured below a little while back for $200 - it was pretty minty and a very pleasant ride. Yours looks like it needs a good cleaning (and I'm sure and overhaul), so you should be able to do better.
Personally I thiink the Nishiki's are every bit as good as the Miyata's which seem to have a larger following.

The Olympic was about the middle of their line-up - below the Royale & Int'l, but above the Sport models.

I had a Nishiki Olympic 12, must have been around 1982 or so when I bought it new (around $200 if memory serves). Very dependable. Had it for about 7 years and never had any problems with it. It was my "daily driver" for a couple of those years.

OP, check the wheels/tires on the bike. They look like 700C size. If that's the case, I'd estimate that bike will sell for somewhere between $150 to $200. If the wheels are 27", then the price will be lower. As the 80's progressed, the Olympic shifted from being an upper entry level bike to a lower mid level bike. That one probably has generic double butted chromoly main tubes. They are nice bikes, not high end, but certainly a good qualtiy bike.
