Can anyone ID this? Seems like a reasonable price for a pretty looking frame, although its hard to tell in the low light images.

Those are black lugs. It looks like the fork might be bent.

I have owned on Vainqueur and it was an entry level model. As I recall, the make was of French origin. And, I agree, the forks are bent and in a very bad place.

Fork is bent, really bad. Low end parts = pass.

This now belongs in the Wacky World of Craigslist.... but the same bike was re-posted today at $250, up from the original $100!! Doesn't sell, someone informs you the fork is bent, what to do? Up price by $150!
