Looks like a great bike just not sure of the frame fork combo jus t doesn't look feel quit right.

With that fork, I think it is overpriced. Frankenbike, odd mix of parts. Those wheels look awful on that bike to me, I guess its all about personal taste there.

Couple of things.

I'd leave the fork, as it likely performs well.

What bugs me is the mish mash of components.

If it were a Record gruppo at this pricepoint, I'd be much more enthusiastic.

Ripe for a drivetrain makeover.

Yeah, what an odd bike. I would imagine that the seller has come up with the $1275 price by adding up the individual parts. If you can get it for $1000, I think it is a good deal but not at the asking price.

I believe the frame is a Superissimo, it is really too bad he doesn't have the original fork.

thanks guys - i'm considering an offer as the frame has me super psyched - i was thinking of going much lower with my offer but just wanted to see if that start price was even in the ballpark

It's a Colnago "Classic." The clues are the tubing decal, which appears to read "Columbus Classic," and those cast, shot-in stays, which a Superissimo would not have had.
