would v. much like feedback/assessment on my other TR bike model # 175; it has Wilderness Trail Grease Guards, Wilderness Trail tires (thanks to Steve Potts whose shop was in Mill Valley)...handlebars added later...don't remember the original / i'm cleaning this wonderful little bike up and would love to find someone in the Monterey Bay area or Santa Cruz area to do the work to get it in optimum vintage condition...any suggestions?

Is the serial number just 175 or are there letters as well? I'm not too familiar w/the early 80s Ritcheys but oldmountainbikes.com has a similar bike (same color!) listed as a "McKinley":

I'm sure many on the mtbr.com "vintage, retro, classic" forum can help you find someone to recondition it near you. Nice bike, seems to be in very good original condition. I'd love to see more pics once you clean her up!
