Classic & Vintage - Well, no; they're not Bluemels

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

They are very nice. Really spruced up this Schwinn.

Cool!
They look nice, but I don't care for the mudflaps...of course I don't ride in the rain so I don't have fenders on any of my bikes.

Are they Peugeot white? big chainring's photo has them looking on the warm side (good) while the OP's link's photo makes them look kind'a cool white.
