So I acquired this bike over the winter who was fire-selling all of his bikes to be able to move out of town. The way my schedule has worked out, it seems unlikely that I'll be able to make it out to the track much this summer, if at all, and it's far too much bike to want to ride on the streets. Just wondering what I should ask for it locally (Portland, OR).
The bike frame is a Davidson Trackster built by Seattle frame builder Bill Davidson (http://www.davidsonbicycles.com/). I believe it to be from the 1980s. It's tig-welded with a threaded fork. I give the paintjob about 7/10 with some noticeable scratching here and there but nothing too hideous. The headset, cranks, seatpost, and hubs are Campy Record Pista. The rims are old matrix iso tubulars with tufo track tyres glued. Nitto B123 bars, 3TTT stem, and a white san marco concor saddle which, by the grace of god, has remained remarkably clean. Its previous owner was a professional mechanic who only raced it on the track and repacked all the bearings before sale.
What do you guys think? Thanks!
Sorry, this was the best picture I could manage.
