Prices above are right on point with my experiences. I sold a NOS (not in box) for 225, which was 190 after fees. Used in good condition sold for 140, 120 after fees. Keep in mind those are priced with good photos and feedback.

Make sure you get the proper remover tool for it. The official Campy tool is hard to find and ridiculously expensive, but Bicycle Research makes an affordable version:
