Definitely an x-mart mountain bike.
Looks like a "Vertical" branded bike I had years ago when first getting into bike flipping. I bought mine for $25 and later sold it for $90. From what I remember these sold for about $130 new.

You where right Fastjake , just bought it for $50 , has upgraded gears and stuff so hopefully i did good. Thank you !

Whats upgraded? I agree it looks like a bike from walmart someone took the decals off and tried to polish up.

You got it for a fair enough price if it was the only bike around and you were desperate. Just ride it and enjoy cycling.
