Two different issues: in Frames the people know they want to use frames. In Frames? the person is still not sure if he should use one. FTW

That's only a couple weeks of email. :( I was in the hospital a couple times last month, and got a bit behind. :( Most of it's nothing, but I did go through and get the important stuff.
