Two design configurations in the 'sticky' thread.
troysmith80 puts a extension support tube to the top of the seatube on his green and white extended cruiser. Everyone else seems to use a support tube to the bottom bracket. Seems like going to the top would be stronger and stiffer. Since either way seems to work, what are the advantages of either?
